Just ordered the Kinekt 2.1 suspension post and they provided the drill service at the Cirrus factory. Gonna install it when it arrives this week.

So Cirrus got back to me, and they're still offering the service. $25 to drill the seatpost at the factory. I ordered a Kinekt 2.1 and had them drill it. The post is on its way, should be here on Monday. Then I'll follow this guide and get it installed.
