Let me make sure you know that I am extremely happy with my bike and the way it operates... It does have five levels of assist... Fast is in the name of the bike and that's what I was expecting. Anything less would have been a disappointment... Well normal operating components come with a year...

When I put my bike in assist level 1 it's like I'm activating the throttle anyways it's more or less going through the motions of pedaling but not actually putting any force on the pedals... At that point it just seems ridiculous not to just hit the throttle... I generally have it in zero assist...
