Are you referring to throttles on many ebikes? Many ebikes (including mine) do not have throttles and therefore still require pedaling to move.

Agreed, they definitely have different builds for different global regions. But I was referring to different regions within USA since @rdowns and I are both in the US, but have different stems offered stock on the same bike.

I agree with others here: I've had no issues with coasting on my Allant+ 7S.

But also note that that bike has two mid-fork braze-ons on the fork blade. You might need to measure the Allant fork braze-on and confirm with the rack specs.

You might also consider checking the cranks. If they are loose this is a typical sound I would expect and also consistent with cadence. Try pulling one crank at a time outward (i.e. away from the motor). There should be no movement in the crank...if there is any movement at all you should...
