I'm having a hard time deciding between the single speed or the 7-speed. Has anybody purchase the single speed? Opinions? Is it sufficient for fairly flat terrain? Thanks.

Did you get/order your Propella? On their website Model 3 has a few improvements. New battery pack, new fork, improved geometry, top speed 18 mph.
