Yep. “Granular PAS controls” is a nice-to-have, not a must-have. glad you’re enjoying the bike.

They are talking about the ability to adjust PAS power levels. Ride1Up bikes enable that functionality. You can individualize the power each assist level offers in the display settings.

I meant horizontally. so like the seat-to-handlebar center, but instead from the crank. so it should be a bit shorter than the 23.5 measure for seat-to-handlebar. Hard to tell where the crank is from the original photo. Thanks for the extra work:-)
