Those saying manufacturing in the US doesn't work number wise are off as there are many manufacturers here in the states. Take example Precor. They manufacture the majority of their stuff here in the US in the Seattle and NC areas. Even the electronics are US made in Everett, WA. Almost nothing...

I commute from Northgate to Redmond every day. 80 minutes by bus, 60 by ebike at 17mph avg.

I haven't found a US price but it's probably over $3,300. Company if from New Zealand but they are probably made in China like all other mass produced bikes.
