As usual nothing is straightforward though, the new display doesn't come with a mounting bracket and the old one has the bracket attached... :rolleyes: Apparently it was modified on the later bikes and you have to order the bracket separately, thankfully they had one left in stock!

My new display just arrived, plugged it in and my bike came to life! 😁

I had 2 motor bearings replaced at 14000 miles which I put down to riding in winter conditions at the time, the motor has been really smooth ever since so fingers crossed it will be good for many more miles!

Yes I'm pretty sure that's the issue Dave, I spoke to my LBS and the earliest they could look at it is July 12th... I did have the display replaced under warranty at 9 months old but that was caused by the app bricking the display! Never used the app since other than changing the assistance...
