This isn't exactly true. They do not replace individual cells that have been soldered into a pack. If we're going to get accused of lying about our technology, I wish the same level of honesty was expected from the rest of the community, particularly Moderators who are supposed to be the pillars...

The Karmic battery should be returned to us for factory service.

Have you spoken to RPE? Do you know what their "rebuild" process entails? We know how our tech works, and we've got a pretty good idea of what they consider a "rebuild". It's not the same thing. I realize people take your word as fact since you're a Mod, so please check on what RPE actually does. :)

The federal limit is based on speed, not weight. Every state will have it's own laws, or abide by the federal regulation. Each country is different too. We've built our bike to the future legislation, currently under consideration in the State of California. We believe other states will use...

Thanks for backing us, and we really appreciate your comments. I would have the same concerns if I backed us! :) I think J.R. did a great job, but I would just say that these are *prototypes* we are showing. The production bikes will be slightly different, and we will address all the concerns...

I love the juxtaposition of J.R.'s cautious optimism and Paul's unbridled enthusiasm. I bet you guys have different experiences in Las Vegas. ;) We've got some other updates planned, and you guys should be excited that you got in early. It's only going up from here!
