Most definitely can reach the ground while seated - for my wife it was at the lowest position. I did not adjust seat Height or rode at any great length of time to comment. She likes it (and means one less headache for me)

The Rize x with the suspension seat post is slightly too big for me. but It is something that I am comfortable with. I can‘t comment on the leisure as I have onLy rode the x and leisure step.

Hi , yes received in October - wife got a leisure step she is 5’2”, I got a Rize x with the suspension seat post. I’m at 5’8” on a good day, so a bit of learning for me. have only had a couple of rides but loving them so far.

A couple of folks in the Rize FB group say 90% is the new 50% for the 2021 batteries. I’ve only been out a couple of times and it seems this is the case.

Spoke to Rize on Wednesday was advised my Leisure step is to ship this week and Rize X early next week. No shipping email so far. I’m in Alberta.

I received a request for payment for Leisure step and Rize X last week. No shipping yet.

as far as I know Rize does not label the power ratings on the bikes. So unless they do an internet check a person would not know.

We were in the same pickle. Both 50+ , Mrs 5’2”, I’m 5’8”. Went with Rize X for me (test drive a buddy’s 2020 model) and the Mrs Leisure step. Both on pre-order.

Joining the Rize family with our first ebike. Rize X (grey) for me and Leisure step (red) for Mrs. friend has the 2020 versions and they got us hooked! so will be lurking around theses forums a d hoping they arrive before xmas!
