I don't know much yet about how the regulations play out in my local area. I'm just aware of the 3 Class definitions. If there are going to be regulations for a particular area or trail, I'd personally like those to be by Speed, not what my bike can do. When I have to ride home from a trail...

Don't know much about Archer. But. There are a bunch of brands that are basically the same with different names. For me, it's about identifying My price point - and then finding an American company who will support me. Tell us more, and, we can advise you more.

For your price point, the RAD bikes and the Lectric bikes are good, safe picks.

There are several options with the foldables. I recommend you do some searching on YouTube and watch the endless stream of videos. :) If you tell us more about what you need in the eBike, I'm sure some here can make some solid recommendations.

My response is - if you want those speeds, you shouldn't be messing around with eBikes. You want a motorcycle.
