Their racks work fine with carbon. No weight is carried on the frame of the bike - its all on the thru axel. They discuss this in their product faq on the website.

Check out Old Man Mountain racks. They will probably ship to Poland. Works perfectly with a full suspension and dropper post. I wouldn't use any other rack now that I found them.

Old man mountain racks are your best bet for dropper posts.

If your bike can take an Old Man Mountain rack, that is the only way to go, in my not-so-humble opinion.

Really the only way to answer this is for you to ride down a bumpy city road with a rigid frame at 28mph and ask yourself if this is safe. Personally, I love the comfort of full suspension on my eBike, and think it is a major safety advantage.
