Nation Wide Shortage on FS eMTB'S

I ordered a FS eMTB bike over the phone from Lenny last year and it arrived incredibly well packaged and ready to ride.

Solutions for transporting and securing bike on short truck bed.

4' is really all you need. Never have I had an issue. The longest I could fit in my short bed truck is a 5' piece of wood anyway.

Solutions for transporting and securing bike on short truck bed.

A 4 foot piece of plywood, a stepstool, and a couple ratchet straps to the habdlebars are all you really need. I just tighten the straps until the fork begins to compress. You can also tie off to the saddle rails if you don't have a dropper post. I have a short bed, and a bike that is 69"...

    eBike friendly homeowners insurance?

Hi all, Wondering if anybody has experience with filing a claim for theft of an eBike, whether at home or away on a trail, through your homeowners insurance. What company do you use, and how were they in handling the claim? How did it affect your premium?

Solutions for transporting and securing bike on short truck bed.

Yes, thats a tailgate pad. I'm not a fan because its a pain to lift the heavy ebike up over the tailgate. Also, I worry about the front wheel picking up road debris.

Wall Street Bets: The EBR Edition

As I said earlier in this thread, SPACs get crushed when the market is overall trending down. This may be a good time to buy.

Did you drill into your bed to install it?

Interesting, and what is the wheel chock you use? I keep a gorilla stepstool in the bed and use that to help load the bike into the bed. Very stable and well built.

    Toyota Deck Rail System

I have been searching for a solution like this for over a year. Specifically, look at the blue tundra with the bike over the crossbars - he has a tonneau cover, with the bike on the crossbars - I want something exactly like this. I don't want to have to remove the front wheel to get the bike...

    Toyota Deck Rail System

I have a short bed mid-sized truck. My Bed length is only 60." Transporting eBikes on the truck bed is something I have spent much time thinking about over the last year, and still have yet to reach a satisfactory solution. My eBike is somewhat long, around 69" total length. I transport the...

Fail in the sense they drop below the $10 starting price, and may not rise back above the $10/share price for a long time, if ever.

You posted this earlier in the thread... Buying a SPAC at NAV is essentially the same thing as parking your money in a savings account, but it offers significant upside potential with negligible risk. Don't get burned buying hyped up spacs and holding through the merger. QS is a rare...

Wall Street Bets: The EBR Edition

When you buy a SPAC at NAV, with no intention of holding it through the merger, there is no flip of the coin. The money is safe and your downside risk is practically nothing. Holding a spac through a merger is really taking a chance. If you are new to this, I would encourage you to do more...

I am not a road biker. If I am on the road it is for a very short distance, and if I see a car coming in the mirror, I pull over and let it pass. So I don't know.

Be careful buying any spac when it is trading away from the NAV floor of $10. SPACs get crushed whenever there is a general market downturn. If you are going to buy a Spac over $11, I suggest waiting for the next dip. Look at how spacs performed during the week of the Gamestop debacle, they...

I really like the Ortlieb mirror, has a nice convexity, and is so light and doesn't bounce around while riding.

You will never know when the correction will come. I personally believe we are long overdue for a 10-20% correction, but unless the narrative about vaccines turns towards one of failure, we will not dip below a 20% fall in the market. Best thing to do if you are concerned is to hedge yourself...

Wall Street Bets: The EBR Edition

Trust size is effectively the amount of money raised in the IPO for the SPAC that is held in the escrow account used to merge with a future company. The Net Asset Value is clearly found in the S-1 SEC filing for every SPAC. For just about every SPAC except for Pershing Square Tontine Holdings...

Wall Street Bets: The EBR Edition

I can answer a lot of questions about SPACs, if anybody is interested. In short, find a SPAC trading near Net Asset Value (generally 10 US dollars per share), and your downside risk is extremely low. Once a target is announced, if the market is favorable, there is generally a pop in the price...
