I use two Ortlieb Office Bags on my St1 LE for everyday commuting. One has my laptop with extra padding. The other holds food, clothing, etc. The ST1 battery fits nicely inside and I think it would be possible to carry two batteries if necessary. Tai

I use BMX flat pedals with pins for grip. Anything without pins feels too slippery in wet conditions depending on the sole design. I would prefer not to be clipped in on an e bike. Tai

Only thing I don't like is the size...not a whole lot of clearance between the stock 2.15 Big Bens and the fenders. Both my partner and I own ST1's and had to tinker with both front and rear fenders in order to not have tire rub. I think my next tires will be 2.0's. Tai
