    Your suggestions please

Thanks for your suggestions. I bought a Pedego Boomerang Plus. It has all the features I want. I love the build quality and very important to me is that there’s a Pedego shop 10 miles away from my home (I am not handy at all) that has great customer service. The owner delivered the bike to my...

    Your suggestions please

Hello all. Would love your suggestions on my next bike. I’ll spend up to $3000. It will be used on mostly flat bike loops. A throttle is a must as I had one on my Pedego Interceptor (sold last year when moving) and want to have the option of using it. Also a step-thru is a must. I’m 66 and it’s...

Hey Court, when are you reviewing the current Ariel Rider C-Class

Court, any idea about when you might review the current Ariel Rider C-Class? I am trying to decide between that and the RadCity Step-Thru 3. I am 66, In good shape but will need to climb some hills in my location, and not at all handy. But there are plenty of bike shops nearby. I just want to...

Ariel Rider C-Class Electric Commuter Bike

Court, Like the poster above, I would also love to see your review of the new Ariel Rider C-Class. I am trying to decide between that and the RadCity Step-thru 3. Thanks.

    Review of 2018 Raleigh Retroglide

Thanks, I saw that previously. That guy is a salesman at a shop that sells the Retroglide, I’d like to see Court’s review. But it’s a decent video look at the bike. Not a big deal, just interested in the Retroglide in case I get a second bike to go with my Interceptor. Love the looks and...

They've made significant changes to the Retroglide and I am looking forward to Court's review on it.

    Anyone hear of this problem?

It was a bad battery. The Pedego shop owner gave me a new one. All is good, thanks.

    first time buyer

I bought a Pedego Interceptor with the larger, 48v 13 ah battery three weeks ago and love it. Great power, great fit and finish and quality parts. Put over 100 miles on it. Only issue is I accidentally twisted the throttle once, so I bought the Crampbuster, which lessens that possibility. Very...

    Pedego twist throttle?

Crampbuster throttle attachment is chrome and costs $9.99 vs. 1859 Northwest’s plastic attachment for $22.25. I got the Crampbuster to prevent accidentally twisting the throttle and it works great. Nothing against 1859’s except the price difference.

Is putting the front tire back on the Interceptor easy?

Disregard my previous question, the shop owner drove the Interceptor to my home.

    Anyone hear of this problem?

On the second day after buying my Interceptor, there apparently was a short in the system or a defective part. The bike (with 13 miles on it from previous day and a fully charged battery) took many tries to start then went a mile and died. Dealer checked it out. Got it going for three miles...

Is putting the front tire back on the Interceptor easy?

The front tire will already be off, removed by the bike shop. I would need to put it back on when I get home. The bike has disc brakes. Thanks for your input.

Is putting the front tire back on the Interceptor easy?

I would like to be able to not have to borrow my friend's pick-up when I my new Interceptor. Would like to fit it in the trunk of my large sedan (which has a pass-thru). Is it fairly simple to put the front tire back on when I get home? I am not handy at all. Thanks!

    Add fenders or not?

I didn’t think so, just wanted to make sure since I’ve rarely ridden in 40 years. Also I’ve already spent enough money on the bike and accessories, Thanks, Rich.

    Add fenders or not?

Would appreciate your thoughts on adding fenders to a Pedego Interceptor. I live in an area that gets very little rain but does sometimes have blowing dirt and dust. Thanks.

    Hydraulic Brakes

I was all set on buying the Interceptor until reading negative things about the rear motor and battery. Love the looks (except the rear battery) and fit and finish and quality parts though. What do you think of hiding the rear battery by putting panniers over it?

    Hydraulic Brakes

I’d love to hear what Ravi thinks about the Pedego Interceptor vs. the Raleigh Retroglide.
