@Adrian I just mean in ordinary shops here in Norway. You'll have to build the bike yourself ith parts from abroad, like you. Personally I'm not there yet. And that's my point: You can't buy a finished bike like this here.

Here in Norway a bike like this would go for at least 4000 dollars, I'm sure. Probably more. For this I have paid like 1600 with shipping now. Don't know the prices overall in the US, but it's definitely worth it for me (I would have paid 2000 also) and that's why I backed it. :)

Yeah, they work, but they don't have a local pickup or their own cars in my city. At least I've never seen them. Think they maybe cooperate with the norwegian postal service.

My bike finally shipped! But this doesn't look that good:

Yeah, I'm in batch 1 and they have been having trouble getting the shipping right for the battery. Haven't gotten any info on the actual shipment yet, so still awaiting that. But feels good to have gotten this far. I'm guessing it will be DHL, but I don't know. Should be easy deal for you. ;-)

Great to hear about the first impressions! Got my invoice yesterday and it was a smooth $558.00 to ship it to Norway. Phew. Also Ty was in contact earlier, and he wrote this: "Also, saw your concern about shipping, we can assure you that we are taking further precautions to protect the bikes!"...

This isn't a big girl either, and I'm sure she's is the one in the videos. Not saying much, but a little.

@scmike Here's hoping! I still maintain my general optimistic mindset. My bike hasn't been sent yet, so I'm putting my faith in it getting a better packaging and handling. As you say: Two thirds around the world...
