    Mission Control vs Strava

Thx. Maybe that’s it. MC showed 10.88 miles and Strava showed 8.58. I am going to a google map it and see what it comes up with.

    How wrong am I?

I don’t think that you will regret any of those options. But clearly I am a fan of the Vado. It is just an incredibly smooth, refined, well built and well equipped eBike. And, I will add, FWIW, it’s a great looking bike. I’ve actually had someone yell over to me ‘great looking bike’ as I was...

    How wrong am I?

I don’t have enough miles on my Vado yet to give you a truly informed perspective but I will say that I am incredibly happy with my purchase. Just did a quick 5 mile ride around the ‘hood before dinner. I’m not one for marketing hype but Specialized was spot on when they said ‘it’s you...only...

    The right sized Vado?

Yes- but as I interpreted @Phyz question it was whether or not the Large was too small, not whether it was too big

    The right sized Vado?

I would think that either geometry would work

    The right sized Vado?

I agree with the Large. I’m 6-0 with a 32” inseam. While I knew that L was the right size for me, I was surprised at delivery how large it is. Not in a bad way at all but, for one thing, I have the seat positioned as low as it can go- meaning that I’d say the L is definitely not for anyone under...

You can upshift by also pushing the front lever with your thumb!

That is in the video above as well. Nice feature.

You can upshift by also pushing the front lever with your thumb!

Yes. It is in his review of the Turbo Vado 4.0. There is also a video that I found that demonstrates it. It also shows the ‘multi-gear’ shift feature.

    Como vs Vado- HELP!

I agree with you- cruiser is definitely misstated. It is upright, but not in a way where you feel like you are ‘sitting back’ as is the case with most true ‘cruisers’. My take: the Como is ‘to the right’ of cruiser’ and the Vado is ‘to the left of upright’. Neither is extreme, but they are...

Did they extend the double rebate?

The rebate terms stated that you had to purchase by 4/19 (and that you had 2 months to file). When I went in to file. The rebate form said that the purchase had to be made by 5/1. The website shows them back up to full price. ?? Regardless, I’m glad that I pulled the trigger when I did. 😀
