    Black Friday?

Being new to e-bikes, I’ve see a lot of ‘Labor Day Sales’ for e-bikes! I was wondering do they typically have Black Friday sales?

    XP 3.0

I am getting one for my wife to learn plus since she is 4’11” and 105 pounds, we WILL ride together some when the weather breaks! (No snow, hills, or freezing weather here in SW Florida. Just brutal heat June-October and wind.)

Adding front basket to XP 1.0

I bought a removable basket for my Denago City 1. That way I can ride without it and if I need it I can just slap it on in 2 seconds!👍

    Button/Switch?

I did buy a lock and an easily removable front basket for trips to the store. I never plan to leave the bike unattended without locking. Anyone can steal with or without battery access.

    Button/Switch?

Probably does. Myself, I’m okay with that unless I’m missing something and as an e bike newbie it’s probable

    Button/Switch?

Mine snaps in place. After the ride I turn OFF the display, park it in the garage, and when I insert the key and turn it, the battery pops loose so I can remove it.

    Button/Switch?

No. It snaps into place and there is a power button on the cockpit that turns the display off and on.

    Button/Switch?

Not sure what you mean Jeremy. The main indicator only comes on IF the battery is snapped into the bike AFTER I power it on via the power button.

    Button/Switch?

Yes Gordon. It snaps (clicks) in and a key had to be used to unsnap it from the bike and take it out.

    Button/Switch?

The button is on the back side of the battery at the top! It fits in the pictured part of the bike! LBS said it’s JUST level indicator. I’m contacting Denago because it says in the manual to turn battery OFF before charging and this button is the only thing I can find ON the battery??

    Button/Switch?

Where is the battery on the bike Jeremy?

    Battery Arcing?

I have never heard or had a spark coming out or going into the bike. Manual says to turn battery to OFF position!?!? Outside of the indicator I SEE no switch and have examined the battery thoroughly! It also says not to cover the battery while charging so I guess fireproof bags would be a no no!

    Button/Switch?

Does anyone know what this button is for? When I push it, it lights up blue. When I push and hold again it turns off just like the picture!?

    Battery Arcing?

Is this the switch you are referring to?

    Battery Arcing?

No basements here in SW Fl and I’m certainly not storing my bike inside, so I guess I’ll leave it on the bike, in the garage, bring the charger into the garage on a laptop fan cooler and charge there. The tech at the LBS where I bought it does the same thing and has for 5 years with no issues.

    Battery Arcing?

So do YOU leave battery ON the bike charging included, regardless of the weather conditions?

    Battery Arcing?

I have no clue about the switch. Summer heat/humidity is not confined to Florida.

    Battery Arcing?

Making sure I understand correctly, it’s NOT a good idea to take the battery out after a ride, and reconnect before the next ride during the 5 month heat/humidity in SW Florida? Let me ask another way. Which procedure is better during the heat storing the bike in a garage: 1. Leaving the...
