Thanks for the help. One more if you do not mind, do you use the clamp down over the fender or in front of it? I see some people stop in front of the fender and not near the frame.

Scott, do you have issue with the fenders on the bike not working with this rack? My be an issue with the Homage.

Thanks for everyone's help and input. ordered and paid for two Homage bikes today. Joining the club on waiting now. spent the extra to get air shipped so hoping to see the bike late May or Early June. I guess I joined the E & M club. John

Getting close to putting in the order. My wife is still liking the white bike so I think we are going to go with the smaller size in white and an extra battery for her and a blue med size dual battery for me. Plan on putting in the order this week. and then we will see when it comes. John

Yep just realized I was on the EU web site.

My bike shop is talking to a rep today to get some information prior to me ordering on timing. Not sure if that will give any real information but I will let you all know if I get any info. If they still do not have old orders in production any new ones will most certainly be very late. John

looking into a car rack to transport the bikes. I came across this one that is set up with a ramp for ebikes. 60 lbs. per bike max. If the Homage have there battery packs removed should work.

no real cost savings on the built in battery option as apposed to the separate battery. I guess this is all about trade off's. I cant find any info on a cover form R&M. Would like to get one that matches the other side. I will keep looking for info and share if I find it.

Ok, sounds like the way to go is with the integrated two batteries. It keeps getting more expensive LOL.

Thanks for the info. Very nice to help me out. I have checked out the range assistant. I am still not sure why it would not be just as good to purchase as second battery and carry it with us on days we know we will be going out longer. when we don't need it we can keep the weight off the bike...

pictures helped. My wife is considering the blue. Need to make final decision on size of for her. She confirmed she is 5'7" with inseam of 32". May be able to try another model bike for fit. a few shops have the dual battery on order and we may be able to get them. that may be how we decide...
