Yes. Known issue. Few of us have the same issue. Mine is for my Turbo Vado 5

Make sure you follow the manual.

Fully agree. This could be because the race is not man vs machine but man+machine vs other man+machine.

For all of you who said this is not possible back when I posted this…. It’s happening. Nothing is impossible!!

On a recent return it took them a LONG time but they finally did credit my account. these emails however appear to be authentic from Specialized and not requesting a respond.

I have been receiving multiple emails from Specialized indicating my return has been accepted and my account will be credited shortly. These items are for things I have returned to Specialized throughout last few years. I wonder if their system is hacked. Are you receiving any emails like this?

Thanks Brandon for this tip. I needed more space on a recent ride so I was able to mount the Racktime Talis bag on the Vida panniers as you described. Worked well. I am leaving it as is for now. 👌👍🙏
