Good luck with your bikes. I find it interesting that the only spare parts you can purchase for any Aerial Rider bike on their website are front racks, baskets and tire tubes. They have zero batteries, motors, controllers, etc, for sale. That is a red flag and a signal to stay away from the brand.

I’ve had the crankshaft bearings, sprag bearings, and Belt replacement at 8500 miles by ebikemotorrepair.com I now have 3800 miles on this rebuilt motor and it performs better now, than when it was new.

Your preaching to the choir. Bosch and Brose have locked out the user. You are held captive by your dealer. And God forbid you didn’t buy your bike at that dealer……..that story never ends well.

Forget about dealer support. Needed a new chain….. had my bike in the back of my van……….go into the shop and ask them to put a new chain on for me………..they said it will take a while……..I say no problem, I’ll go grab a cup of coffee………they write up a reciept and tell me to give them a call in...

3500 miles so far on my rebuilt Brose motor by ebike motor repair.com. Now……don’t get me started when the battery fails. I haven’t seen a single post on this site regarding a successful Brose motor battery repair.

I never did. The HiC website made no reference to Brose battery repair. Right now I’m good with 2 functioning batteries, but I realize, eventually I have to find someone to repack these or my bike will become a $4000 paperweight.

Well at 700 watts…..that’s swing and a miss.

The battery will be just as important as the dual motors. Skimp on the battery specs and this is a bust.

I had my Brose motor fully overhauled by EMR. The motor actually performs better now than when it was new. Top notch service!

So at 500 miles you are suppose to change your oil on the Kindernay. Are you prepared to do it, and if so, where did you get your oil change kit?
