    Annoying Rear Squeak Fix

After putting considerable mileage on my Bomber over the last few weeks I noticed a squeak developed and got worse as I road. The noise happened only during compression of the rear spring. The noise wasn't crazy loud but the fact that the bike is so silent makes any little noise noticeable...

Hard data to prove E-biking is NOT cheating.

Great article. This is something I always knew to be true but never had the data to back it up.

Equalizer electric fat bike - definitely not a recommended purchase!

I didn't waste my time clicking on any links but you've effectively taken a bike thats overpriced and basically advertised for it by starting a thread over here. Case in point 5 min ago I didn't know any of the things you wrote about existed. Lets not spread a cold, right?

    New ST1

The ST2 rips up even the steepest hills here in SoCal, especially when given a minimal running start. What separates the ST2 from so many other bikes is how incredibly refined and torquey it is (especially for a hub motor).

    New ST1

Congrats on the ST1, I still love the look of the murdered out ST1. Quick question though. I noticed you said you had the iZip E3 Dash? I really like how the price point on the Dash is lower but you get all the performance (top speed) of the Stromers. Mind comparing and contrasting the two...

ST2 Software Update. Battery behavior changes

I have noticed after the update, that when the battery on the ST2 gets to a certain point (what percentage Im not sure), it will no longer be in level 3 assist regardless of what the Omni says. I noticed in around the 20% range.

Ordering an ST1 - should I add City Kit?

I hate the city kit, I think the bikes look so much better without. You don't even have the option on the ST2 I was forced to pay for it and throw it in the garage. Not to say you won't like it but I like a really bright rear strobe over the rear light on the city kit.

    A 'real' flat-resistant tire?

Ive got the Schwalbe Crazy Bobs on the Stealth Bomber and the Schwalbe Big Bens on the Stromer St2 and could not be happier. No flats thus far on either. While I don't have many miles on the b-52 test the Stromer is around 1500 miles and we have the "thorn problem" out here on the west coast.

    More Turbo Photos

Im in love with the design lines of this bike. Specialized really nailed it.

The 2016's are live on izips site

I'm hearing from a guy I see from time to time on the ferry with the Curry izip e3 Dash that zero to top speed the 2015 model beats the 2016. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Doesn't seem to make much sense since the latest model got a bump in torque (unless the top speed was lowered).

2016 Turbo X: First week (and beyond) commuting impressions

Great write up!! I loved the Turbo I tested in nearly every way, I do wish the bike would power all the way to 28mph instead of pulling power at 26mph but this is extremely minor, and does not detract from the beautiful build quality from one of the worlds best bike manufactures. Make sure...

    Recharging the Stealth Bomber

Thank you for the help Tara D., I was having so much fun on this thing I forgot I even asked. Anyhow, I found a copy of the manual online and it basically says "plan on being home by 17ah." See below: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/876958/Stealth-Bomber.html?page=21#manual

    Recharging the Stealth Bomber

Greetings, I have a bit of a newb question. After riding my (new to me) bomber around a bit I was wondering how I can tell it's time to recharge the battery? I'm assuming it is a parameter on the cycle analyst? Voltage? If so what values dictate state of charger. Thanks

Bafang Needs a $300 MD Competitor

Never been on a BBSo2 or 8-4 fun bike (come to think of it the only mid drive Ive been on were all Bosch) so I cant really comment specifically, but competition does usually bring out the best in the breed. Hell, look at how LeafMotor is displacing a lot of higher end hubs with a low price tag.
