I was under the impression that greasing was part of the Innotrace upgrade but I guess that was dropped.

I just measured mine to be normally open. (They were conveniently off the bike as I switched to two finger levers.) Normally closed would be annoying when the wire breaks and your motor won't run.

My BMS came with the overcurrent set to 50A and I've hit that limit 3 times! The battery was fully charged and the voltage sagged to 46V. That's 2300W before the BMS shut down.

I had the battery open to add an enable switch and you're right, it's 14s4p. We've been lied to. It's not 17 Ah. Now it makes sense why the BMS indicates a 14 Ah battery.

On the last page of the 750C display manual, you can see that 5 levels maps to assist levels 2, 4, 6, 8, 9. I'm willing to bet WW didn't bother with any custom programming and you are missing out on the lowest assist level. I say this because they didn't bother with my custom programming...

We're pushing an extra 1000 watts through the drivetrain compared to the Z1, though. Can't really compare the two for tooth skipping issues.
