Couple of things....there seems to be a fair amount of crank-slap when pedaling .....can that be adjusted?....also do you always have to be pedaling to use the electric boost?....at 9 on the power the pedal can't keep up but once you stop pedaling the motor shuts down....is this normal?...can...

I have a Step thru Mariner model......bought at christmas so not much chance to use it yet.....i can't get the lights working....only button...red one on the right, that seems logical does nothing....with the key on or off.....the manual is useless.....
