I just bought the Turbo Vado 5.0 in Red online .

Any one running 700 x 42mm on their Vado SL ? I know it's spec'd for 42mm w/o fenders/mudguards .

Some people like 29'ers on pavement . I could live with the 20mph but too bad the motor is limited .

How riding the Tero compares to the Vado as a pavement only commuter . I'm aware of the specs of each and have test ridden a Vado 3.0 w/ belt and IGH . ( If I get a Vado will be the 5.0 derailleur ) Watching videos the Vado just looks like the riders are in a more comfortable commuting riding...

My guess is the rumored lighter high performance model will be powered by the Mahle X20 . Turbo Creo SL only ?

Specialized have already raised their prices . I told them the 2022 Turbo Vado SL 5.0 EQ in Brushed Aluminum , Medium @ $4750 is Sold Out on line . They sent me a link to that specific model that is in stock @ $5250 . Will the 2023 be even higher ?!

Specialized USA chat support says models currently on web site are 2022 . They don't know when 2023 will be available .
