    Hydra incoming...

Lol, it's now stuck (again) in middle-of-nowhere Idaho. I don't see any info regarding truck vs rail. With any luck I'll get it tomorrow, but FedEx doesn't seem to deliver on weekends anymore so if not then next week.

It made it out of CO and it's getting closer 👀👀

    Hydra incoming...

FedEx has done this crap to me literally with every shipment I've received from them in the last couple of years. Without fail, it gets stuck somewhere and arrives 2-7 days late lol. I was hoping I would receive it before the weekend because next week is rather busy but who knows at this point.

    Hydra incoming...

Mine has been stuck in Colorado for 2 days lol. I'm not expecting to get it by the Thursday date it says currently.

    Hydra incoming...

Lol, Fedex is never accurate. My current arrival date says Thursday as it's just passing through Colorado. We'll see.

    Hydra incoming...

No idea how they are handling their order queue system or if they even have enterprise resource planning software, but mine is a medium frame so maybe that has something to do with it shipping sooner.

    Questions about the Hydra

My order date was June 17th, my bike finally just shipped this week so you're probably going to get notified soon! My DVO suspension parts as ordered were not available so they shipped mine with some other brands that I didn't quite catch over the phone. He did say they were upgrading my rear...

DVO Topaz T3 Rear Shock Setup

When my bike shipped they mentioned they couldn't fit the DVO Diamond front or Topaz T3 rear shocks, I can't remember what it'll be arriving with but I'll sure update on my own thread once I get it next week (assuming no massive delays... Fedex doesn't have a good track record for me)

    Hydra incoming...

I went with the 27.5x3 tires, 2300w controller, whatever shocks they could get me due to supply issues, and northern lights blue Cerakote. Pretty excited after such a long wait! In addition to riding around the city to friend's places and stuff so I don't need to drag my car all over the place...

And so it begins - Hydra Fat Bike Build

Curious how you will like the DVO Topaz, that's what I ordered on my Hydra!

Where is your Watt Wagons Bike & other things for that matter?!

IIRC the status update page on the Wattwagons site says they've got most of the Hydra build parts, it sounded like they're catching up from paint shop issues/delays.

    Hydra Frame Shipped

There are plenty of online photo/data backup services you could use too, you know lol, instead of just posting them on here (Google Photos, Flickr, Imgur, iCloud, etc...)

Will I be able to ride my Hyrda in the Pacific Northwest Rain?

I just learned that Bafang motors and displays are generally IP65 water resistant aka dust tight and resistant to "jetting water." Looking at the DPC18 product page it shows IPX5 in the specifications list, and the G510/M620 (the ultra) product page shows IPX5 as well. IPX5 means not evaluated...

    What lock(s) are Hyrda friendly?

That's kind of what I figured, but I have seen a few actual examples of reimbursement from Kryptonite on Reddit

    Questions about the Hydra

Received the same email today, was definitely hoping to have it before September, but hopefully I'll get a *little* bit of riding in before the winter rains lol Regardless, I'm happy to have received a bit of communication and I'm glad they're getting things sorted.
