Sorry. I completely posted the wrong pic. Both those are painted. High gloss on cerakote doesn’t work too well. Cerakote is already ceramic so nothing really sticks well. Sorry for the confusion.

We built a 3-4 prototypes, but have found that 1900-2000W is a service ceiling with PEEK, carbon infused PEEK etc etc. We can consistently break (twist / melt .. not shear) them at 2300W nominal. We are on our third iteration, but realistically PEEK / Silent gears are better fit for lower...

The connectors are rated for 45A continuous and 60A peak. The light connectors are part of the bafang cable bundle. We have the light chip working but delayed production in Germany. Hopefully get them soon.

thanks gear range is 177%. It’s solid for what it does. If you are not craving speed, that’s a fantastic option. Pick the gear ratio that works and it’s amazing it you don’t want to trade speed or climbing ability , then pick Kindernay -543% gear range.

The motor puts out 200Nm+ and you can use Kindernay, Shimano 3 speed, SA 3 speed if geared right.

Hydra Black is pre-assembled with 48v battery. It will be sold with stock bafang motor at the base price point. The HB 48v battery can only support up to Archon X1 2000W peak. (IIRC that's the same BMS on the Luna apollo / Biktrix bikes etc) No fat tire option on HB. Really priced as a clean...
