    I made four octagonal "bulkheads" that I jigsawed out of 3/4" plywood. Two that were the size of the largest circumference and then two that were half that size. I then cut the insides out of those which left me with four relatively lightweight frames. Just being thick plywood without any joints...

    I used 1/4" Luanne plywood that I fiberglassed. It is pretty strong and rigid. I might make one using 1/8th inch doorskin.

    Thanks! I guess the biggest tip would be to be very aware of the weight that keeps accumulating. If you have specific questions about how I did something I'd be more than happy to answer.

    It is hard to see in the picture but the sidecar has a trailer hitch that I pull my oldest dog in. The youngest loves to run.
