👍Yes. Slide it on after the bearing and push it down. It will fill the small gap between the tube and inside bearing.

You can order a new headset from sondors. You will need to contact customer support. It is not on the website. That is the shim that makes up the gap from steerer tube and top headset bearing. It is a critical part. That price is for rear derailleur only. I recommend getting the SRAM GX 11spd...

Did you measure how much space you have? It looks like a lot of space. I don't know what the negative of having more than 3mm gap.

You need a min of 3mm (but not too much) from the top of fork tube to top of stem. If you have a spacer on top of stem then to the top of spacer. If you use a spacer on top of stem you need to make sure a part of the fork tube is in the spacer.

Where does the cable for brake cut off go? I see 3M tape on the sensor. Looks like a extra cable to me.

Would rather cut the hose than have another wire on the bike. Another option though.

There is a solution to cut the brake hose and crimp a banjo onto it. Then you can use any good brake you want.

I recommend going with the christini adapter and any size BCD104 chain ring you want. I changed mine to a 32T and it has made the bike easier to pedal. You do lose some top speed but you can still go 25ish. BAFANG Ultra Drive BCD104 Boost Adapter and Chainring Bolts Make sure you get the boost...

Where is the serial number on the Rockstar?

The serial number is located behind the chain ring on the bracket that holds the motor.

Proof Rockstar can be a capable trail bike.

First video riding the Rockstar on some technical single track with a lot of switch backs. Video is only one segment of my ride. Only my 3rd ride on the bike. Ran into another Rockstar owner. More videos to come subscribe if you want to keep updated.

Sondors changed brakes on new Rockstars.

The brakes that I received with my bike are definitely Clarks. Sondors might of had to switch the brakes a couple of times and the final version from what Cross-up posted will be zooms. The brakes feel great. Solid not mushy. They work as expected, locking up the wheels with little effort. Hope...
