Thanks I’ll give it a go. Looks to be mainly other peoples recorded routes on road. I may be wrong. The Bosch app creates a route to an end point or to added points and back. You can choose mountain bike or scenic and it finds all sorts of forests roads and tracks.

I’ve just bought a Trance E1+ with Ride Control One. When I turn on the bike it always starts in Smart Assist. Can I change this? My Bosch motor started in the last set position before I turned it off.

OK will do but I’m an engineer and it’s not the way I’d do it. I’d have a sleeve inside between the two inner races to tighten against, otherwise you’re trying to press the inner races out of the bearings. Plus I’ll need a torque spanner not a wrench not something that’s common.

It’s not fixed on the axle the axle slides into the bearing bore. The outer diameter is pressed into the hub.

My Haibike has an XLCPro rear hub. The bearings need replacing but looking at the hub there’s no spacer between the bearings. I’ve not got new bearings yet but the old ones lock up when the nuts are gradually tightened on the axle. Surely there should be something to tighten against! By the way...

Clear sky. I thought it had its own GPS, I’ve left my phone at home on occasions and it’s connected.

Over the last few months my Nyon has started to take a good 30 minutes, or 2-3 miles if I just set off, to connect to GPS Amber lines on GPS icon. Is there a setting for GPS? I can’t find one.

I’ve read that EMTB is added on a software update. My Nyon says there are no available updates but I don’t have EMTB mode! How do I add it?

I can’t add EMTB mode on mine! And it has the latest updates.

Please can someone tell me how to add work address and edit home address on the Nyon. I’ve looked everywhere on the app and at my account at Ebike connect but can’t find either anywhere!!!

I’ve signed up to Ebike Connect using my email address. Is there anyway to add an activity to Facebook? I guess I need to add my Facebook account but other than setting up another account using Facebook I’ve no idea how.

Thanks for the replies I’ll hold off buying the custom modes for now. Here in the U.K. the limit is 25kmh 15.5mph I have found this which shows standard mode levels but it maybe someone’s interpretation,
