I visited my dealer in Sweden (Sportson) today and they said they will not change the display on my vadon 4.0 from 2017! The reason is that the display works, i'ts the app that does not work. I am going to mail Specialized today and get some answers before i go bananas on them.

Maybe the lights are forced to be on because of you need to ride in traffic etc and not on specific bikeroads. Class 3

Your sticker is wrong as same as your speed. It should be 20 mph sticker (i think) an your bike should assist up to 20 mph.

I have got the fix and soon i am going to do my first service, my bikedealer are doing a service after 3 month and i was told to come back after 1000 km to check the bike. I dont know how it works but i guess they have a software program and connect my display to it ??

I think Specialized are sending the "fix" to every dealer that have sold the bike, so ask you bikedealer if they have it or else they need to order it for you.
