I think my battery needs to be upgraded. It shows 3 types of batteries that can be paired with, but my battery isn’t on the list. My Joystick data version is iM1EM119 . Do you think it needs an upgrade to pair with the PulsarOne?

I just bought a PulsarOne and it will not pair With my Orbea Gain ebike. Tried to pair several times . What else can I do?

where do you send the extended battery to get replaced?

I bought the extended range battery had it for over six month it was working fine. Then all of sudden the main light started flashing pink . I would turn it off and on and it would work okay. Now when i turn on the battery the manin light turns pink. when I unplug the extendedy battery the...
