    M620 power meter options

It might not be, but if your crank could accommodate this it's cheaper than what you were using before: https://www.tempopowermeters.com/product-page/factory-install-tempo-power-meter I had a Stages on my old ebike but my current bike has JIS cranks so it's between this or a pedal meter. Weight...

    M620 power meter options

I meant solved as in what the OP was looking to do which was a crank meter on his bike. There are now flat power meter pedals, but since they cost $1200 for single side and $1500 for double that isn't a viable option for many folks especially if that's approaching what you paid for your bike...

    M620 power meter options

Did you ever solve your problem? The only think I can think to do is get a power meter installed on your existing crank since there aren't any that are ISIS compatible. Tempo Power Meters will install a power meter on your own crank, as long as it's flat in the back and otherwise will accomodate...

Transporting x35 bike in the rain

I am not so concerned about riding in the rain as much as transporting it since it’s IP54 rated. I have an Argon 18 Subito E-Gravel which is similar to other comparable X35 carbon bikes like the Orbea Gain.

Transporting x35 bike in the rain

Hi all, what do you all do when transporting your ebikemotion/Mahle equipped bikes in the rain? Lately I’ve been leaving my bike at home and using my cheapie MTB if I think it’s going to rain on a trip, but even without power assist my ebike is the better bike for long rides. Is the rear wheel...

Does the Garmin e-bike Remote work with Ebikemotion equipped bikes?

That’s one of the reasons why I got the remote. I just mash it up and down to get it to respond because I almost always go from level 1 to 3 on hills and vice versa on descents and flats. Keeps my hands on the bars and after almost 3 years now of use it’s become second nature. Almost never use...

Pink ring of death when range extender battery discharges to zero.

I have the same problem. Turning it back off and on doesn't seem to help, but charging the battery does. I know it defeats the purpose, but I think next time I get that low on a ride I'll turn off the extender before it goes to 0% and just run off the main battery.

REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

I got better screws from the hardware store which worked a lot better than the ones that came with the kit. I'm considering using mounting putty as opposed to the thin rubber pads that came with it. So far its holding well, but I had to play with it a lot to get it in the right position to where...

REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

https://qirollshop.com/products/ Though sometimes you can get a slightly better deal on either eBay or Aliexpress, especially if you have any coupon codes. I bought mine from eBay. Kouzou - hope you can get yours sorted out! Sounds like you have a bad unit. The one I have works flawlessly just...

REVIEW: QR-E 250W ELECTRIC BOOSTER BICYCLE MOTOR AND B60i AND B70 BATTERY

I just installed one of these on my husband's Specialized Diverge as a Father's Day present, since he doesn't want to get an ebike, but as he gets older is having more difficulty climbing hills which means that he doesn't ride as much as he would like. You can't really install a lot else on the...

Opinions on Gain M20i for a decent women cyclist

Agreed. That’s the other reason I didn’t get the Gain. I was able to get the Subito within days of ordering. That was almost a year ago though so not sure about availability now.

Opinions on Gain M20i for a decent women cyclist

Don't know if you've made your decision yet, but you may also want to check out Argon 18's Subito offerings. Argon 18 is a Canadian performance manufacturer, and the Subito is an absolutely brilliant bike. (I have the North American e-gravel variant with 650b wheels, but the e-road variant is...

E-Bikes Now Allowed on NYS DEC Lands

E-bikes are now allowed on New York DEC land. This is a new development as of earlier this year. They aren't allowed on trails, but they are allowed on public roads, including the many DEC forest and truck roads. Great news for e-gravel riders like me. I never saw the old prohibition enforced...

Does the Garmin e-bike Remote work with Ebikemotion equipped bikes?

Glad it works! I had to totally uninstall the ebike field app as well because it was interfering with the Garmin’s native ability to control the assist level. You can still add % battery as a display field though. I have a Varia Vision and set it up so I can see % battery left there, and also...

Does the Garmin e-bike Remote work with Ebikemotion equipped bikes?

They should eventually. I think the Edge has to learn what remote you're using since there's more than one Edge remote. I kept pressing buttons until it eventually responded. After this... no more problems. It's only when you use it the first time. If this doesn't work then I'd contact Garmin or...

Does the Garmin e-bike Remote work with Ebikemotion equipped bikes?

It didn’t at first for me either but after a few minutes it did and now it works properly every time. I think the Edge has to learn which switch you have first and defaults to the other switch Garmin sells. Make sure first that the +/- arrows on the Edge work to change the assist level. If they...

Does the Garmin e-bike Remote work with Ebikemotion equipped bikes?

Yes, I mean the ebike field app. I had it installed and for some reason it interfered with the Edge's native ebike control screen activated when it's connected to an ebike. The native screen allows the Edge to change assist levels and also shows battery level. After I uninstalled the ebike field...

Does the Garmin e-bike Remote work with Ebikemotion equipped bikes?

Update—I just got the Garmin Ebike remote and it controls the bike when paired to a compatible Edge head unit. The instructions say that the remote can also be paired directly to an ebike but it doesn’t pair directly to an ebikemotion bike. I rode tonight with the remote paired to an Edge 820...

Does the Garmin e-bike Remote work with Ebikemotion equipped bikes?

I hadn’t come back here to update, but I’m now successfully changing the assist level on mine with an Edge 820. I discovered that the brand new x35 bikes like mine mostly all have ANT+ now (older ones need the adapter). Also, don’t install the ebike specific Connect IQ apps because they...
