That's why I never considered a Specialized e-bike or acoustic bike for that matter. They are already priced quite high compared to equally equipped models from other brands , and the dealers seem to have a "that's the price, take it or leave it" attitude.

There are calculators that give you reach dimensions with various stem length and angle. Keep in mind that when a stem angle changes from zero degrees, that also changes the reach measurement some. So 24 degrees upward and only 90mm length is going to change the reach a bunch.

Turn the heart rate assist off and see if it still does this. My guess is that your heart rate sensor is sending an unstable glitchy signal to the X35 controller.

I agree. If I could just get Shimano/Garmin to add the power level up and down as an option on their Di2 system, then the hidden buttons on the hoods could do this perfectly.
