Loosened steering head bearings on 2018 Rad Wagon

I loosened the two pinch bolts on the handlebars at the steering post thinking that would give me access to an adjustment. Even after using a rubber hammer and block of wood I could not move the bars off the post the slightest? And.... every bolt I've ever tried to loosen on it has been like...

    Rain destroyed odometer.

My 2018 Rad Wagon got left out in a hard rain and now the odometer only registers like one mile for every three I ride.....even though I had it covered with a baggie and secured with a rubber band. I can’t tell of course how it has affected the other read-outs like speedometer, and battery...

    Rear tire flat

Had my first rear tire flat on my Rad Wagon. I found out the hard way there is no need to remove the derailer or the the brake mechanism. I did remove the clear plastic guard over the wheel though, just to make it easier to get the wheel back on. The trick is to tie the chain back from the...

    Battery charges limited?

Anyone have a theory on this?

In the early 2000's we spent 3 winters in Kissimmee, FL and then 5 years in Charlotte, NC and I don't recall any E-bikes from those years. And I checked my photos and found our first trip to Zurich (we had a son living there) was in 2003 so that would be 15 years ago I saw E-bikes there.

Anyone have a theory on this?

The first electric bikes I ever saw (lots of them) were in Zurich, Switzerland some ten years ago. A friendly looking man in his 60’s or so came out of a store and was gearing up to take off on his E-bike so I went over and struck up a conversation. He amazed me when he said: “Would you believe...

    Brand new member

Thanks larry, I suspected that but just wanted to make sure. I've seen that before about the sine wave and recharging delicate things from a generator. I'm going to call the tech support on that.

    Two new bike questions

Hi from Michigan, Just charged the battery overnight for the first time on my brand new never ridden Rad Wagon and I'm confused as to why one light is red and one green on the charger this morning? The charger seems to have turned itself off as it went from warm to cold but I've never...

    Brand new member

Hi from Michigan, Just finished assembling my Rad Wagon and wondering why my charger is giving me one red light and one green light after an overnight charge? Before the bike even arrived I made a cage to carry our ten pound Morkie on the back. Besides street riding I plan to ride it on public...
