    LMT'D vs 700

You said you got 25mph on your 700, now you say 28? Are you talking throttle to 25? Well, many bikes can hit 35 going downhill lol.

    LMT'D vs 700

Ya, I read your review back when you first posted it, thanks. Strange that you can only get 25 on your 700, as both of mine will hit 28 with lots of pedal power:) Good to hear you can hit 31 on the LMT'D. For me its more riding with traffic and I prefer to keep up instead of cars blowing by...

    LMT'D vs 700

I have had two of the 700's for over a year and a half now. Anyone had a LMT'D and a 700 and could tell me the top speed they have got on the LMT'D? I know it can be unlocked to around 31mph or so, yet wanted to confirm what owners are actually getting. Any other thoughts on comparing the two...

    Frey CC

Thanks for the info Rick and Tom. I have been looking for a mid drive for awhile and the CC really grabbed my attention and I have been reading up on it the last couple of days.

    Frey CC

Been looking at getting this bike, and was told in an email: "It is suitable for people between 1.50 and 1.80 meters tall to ride". So I wonder which one it is, as I am 6'2" plus tall and need to know if the bike frame will look like a little kid bike for me:) Also how do they do the payment...

    700 rack and Topeak bags?

You will enjoy the 700 ST. Both of mine, ST also, have been really good after a couple teething issues were solved when I first got them.

    700 rack and Topeak bags?

Here is a pic of a beamrack, which I took apart to use the plate I needed

    700 rack and Topeak bags?

I used a piece of metal under the main bike rack cross members, dropped 3 bolts using the holes on the Topeak plate, and used lock washers and wing nuts to tighten. Wrapped part of the Topeak plate in black tape and used black marker on other spots to darken it. I will take the Topeak plates...

    700 rack and Topeak bags?

I have used the Topeak trunk bags for many years with the quicktrack system. When I bought a couple of 700's last year, the quicktrack adapter was not available so I took apart the beamracks I had and mounted the quicktrack plate from it which is basically like the adapter they sell now. No...

    Step-Thru

First ebike I ever rode, made me a fan of the step-thru, and it was in Taiwan last year. Nice little bike even for a 6'2", 220lb me:)

It will be fun to at least have photos to look at, once you get them, even though it will be months down the road.

    Noise coming from crank

Glad to see you got the issue resolved Isimo. Its no fun riding your new bike if its making sounds that make you wonder what the hell the issue is:) Guess we are all early adopters for Kevin & Co., so there are a few teething issues that are bound to turn up.

    Another happy 700 series customer

Welcome to the Ride1Up owners club Lemond. The bikes really are well made and your wife will like being able to ride and keep up with you, or maybe its the other way around:)

Future Bike Model Proposal: Roadster 800

I myself don't ride in the rain, and I ended up taking the fenders off of both ST 700's after a couple of weeks. Looks better also:) I really like the racks, kept them on, masculine looking, no wimpy looking crap. Now I know some need a bike for everyday transportation, and will end up in the...
