Rockstar Axle Update. The Wolf Boost Axle, while shorter than the stock axle, is working temporarily - at least until Sondors sends me the replacement axle. It only threads about ⅔ of the way into the locking bolt on the left side, but when tightened, holds everything in place. I will likely do...

A bit more ... I've ordered a Wolf Boost 15X110 with a length158 mm and a Thread Spec of 1.5. Since the threads and length of original axle are quite bit longer than seem necessary to tighten it, I'm gonna give this a try. I post the results.

I replied to this, but it may not have gone to your thread. I had the same issue with my front fork. I've pretty much been able to determine that the fork conforms to "Boost" dimensions which are 15 x 110. However, the stock front axle is 165 mm long and every boost front axle that I've seen is...

    Aventon “mis-Aventure” Disastrous Customer Support

Well apparently they're still in business as of July 1st and selling bike via Best Buy, so there must be a way of contacting them. https://www.aventon.com/blogs/aventon_bikes/aventon-electric-bikes-now-in-stores-at-best-buy

    Aventon “mis-Aventure” Disastrous Customer Support

Ha! Yes, I just did a search for Aventon Bikes in Ontario CA in Apple Maps and see that the location is "Permanently Closed." This is why I'm recommending to anyone thinking of an Aventon Bike to consider Sondors instead <https://sondors.com> Similar products, but far superior quality and support.

    Aventon “mis-Aventure” Disastrous Customer Support

If the battery never shows more than a 25% charge there is something definitely wrong. The page you attached from Aventon Site mentions the Pace model. I'm not sure if the Pace battery is the same as the Aventure battery, but - on the Aventure - the display should indicate 100% when fully...

    Aventon “mis-Aventure” Disastrous Customer Support

Good luck! I, and others in this forum, have received a faster response from Aventon by filing a complaint with the BBB. I'm not sure what their problem is. As I mentioned before my Sondors Rockstar had a bad battery as well, but I got a reply to my inquiry within 36 hours add a new battery and...

    Aventon “mis-Aventure” Disastrous Customer Support

Hi - Miss Allissa, I posted a video about my issue and the lack of response from Aventon Customer Support to Youtube, Facebook and anywhere else I could think of. Then filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau with a link to the video. (Aventon is not accredited.) I received a call within...

    Aventon “mis-Aventure” Disastrous Customer Support

Hi mrbongalpr, The resolution: I eventually got in touch with the DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE at Aventon. He vowed to resolve the issue. He went to the warehouse in Ontario, CA to remove a battery from a boxed Aventure but could not do so because of battery shipping regulations. Instead...

r.lee - After replacing my stock stem with a shorter stem, I've experienced the same issue. There seems to be a trade-off between a little rattle in the headset and an inability to get full motion. I've settled for a slight rattle. Yes, that is an essential part you have pictured. Here's a video...

Howdy r.lee, I have had some rattling coming from that area and despite numerous attempts have not been able to resolve it. I have done as DeMedici and others advise by including 3-5mm of space between the steerer tube and the top of the stem/spacer. Apparently this is needed to ensure there’s...

The sheath was temporary. Only for shipping. You can discard it. You should be able to pull down on the black quick release latch and slowly turn counterclockwise to loosen.

Hi - You may need to wrap it in something soft and use a plier to twist it. Please post an image of the quick release mechanism in its current state. Mine was slightly different than it appears in the Sondors assembly video. There was an aluminum sheath around the axle and it was difficult to...
