    Rad Mini an Upright?

I am using the body float. I'm on the short side 5'8" and get back aches when hunched over. I moved my stock seat forward and raised the hade bars . I now sit mostly upright and am comfortable after 30th + mile rides.

Thanks for your feedback. I see you retrofitted your Rover with a Mid drive. How did you go about building the rear wheel ? Bike shop or did you do it yourself? Are thoughts on what you would do differently. ? On the Rad Mini the frame support member is nearly vertical. Do you think it would be...

Tire options for RadMini? Rack options?

Great point . I will look into that. I'm actually planning on updating my RAD Mini to a mid hub motor when my warranty runs out. I'm planning on building a new rear wheel sans motor. It looks like the frame will be ideal for the retrofit. I will add a front shock and suspension for the...

Tire options for RadMini? Rack options?

Help choosing 20'-wheel Folding E-bike for NYC

Just a caution this bike is heavy. It is really stout. 63 lbs. and the 4" tires precludes using it on the buses here in Seattle. Probalby NY also.

Help choosing 20'-wheel Folding E-bike for NYC

Also you can change the programming on the mtr controller to 40 km (~ 24 mi)/hr the combination of both should give ~ 28 m/h. Others have reported that you can change the wheel size in...

    Any RadMini people out there

I just bought my Mini at Rad Bikes 2 days ago . I love it! The shop was very helpful, I got to meet all the staff there and they answered my questions gratiously. I'm a little uncertain about the knobby tires and the freewheel sizing. I appreciate the forum and look forward to monitoring it. thanks
