I thought about that or 3d printing it, but I don't think there's enough left of the original to get an accurate fitting. It'd probably be cheaper to take a plane to hong kong and drive the 30 miles to their factory.

Sorry for the unrelated question, but you mentioned being in contact with BAFANG directly. How did you manage that? I have not been able to get through to them via email or phone as of yet for parts ordering and questions for my enduro. Your enduro looks great with all the modding.

Yeah, it seems like the sale and support numbers may have been changed on their site or I'm mixing the numbers and email addresses. That's now the only international number I can find.

The trick I used to get responses was just just call the sales number.

I've actually managed to find a good amount of documentation on frame/engine installation. It seems pretty easy as long as you're competent with the in-tube wiring. Voltbike has a guide on its website.

Yeah, I was hoping to avoid it though, it's a pretty substantial cost. I'll probably try and take it apart myself first.

George eventually came through for me for some replacement motor parts, though it took some seasons. They do seem to be around and can help out if you're diligent enough with contacting them.

Those videos should be very helpful in getting the shop to open up the motor. That 3d render especially since it shows the actual construction of the motor itself. Thanks a lot.

I'll give them a try. My attempts to contact voltbike are still being held up by their bad service. I've managed to get through twice now, and both times they've promised to get the information and contact me back and just never did.

I was finally able to get through to George. Maybe they had taken an office vacation. It's been a while, but if this is able to get sorted out I'll be (mostly) happy. I've missed a lot of summer so far to this but I've just been able to take the train.

As a followup I have been unable to get anywhere with trying to find help replacing parts in the BAFANG maxdrive 330 that is in the bike. It does not use the parts of a BBS02 or any other aftermarket BAFANG kit and seemingly nowhere in the US services this particular motor nor can source parts...

I would be wary of the authenticity of those reviews, especially given how hard they have been to contact for almost the entire time I have been a customer of theirs and the fact that you are posting in a thread where I can't even talk to them to find out how to fix my bike, let alone actually...

I guess I would just have the shop open it up and look (and pray they didn't break it). That part is doable, my ability to source a replacement clutch is as of yet non-existent. I'm currently hoping that any place that can source parts can also source knowledge.
