What exact problem are you having? To reset trip meter (on my Interceptor anyway), press and hold Set to get into settings, then press Set to cycle through options. I think trip meter is first, but anyway, when you get there, press minus to reset it. Then press and hold Set to exit. hth

My front light stopped working a few days after I brought my Interceptor home. Dealer is an hour away so I will take it down there when I'm on my way somewhere else (San Francisco area).

Wow, now that is really interesting. Various manuals I have seen don't mention that, or say holding Down for several seconds does something else. How did you discover that? What year is your wife's bike? I can't wait to try that!

Are Pedego tires pre-slimed? I'm not even 100% sure what that means as I haven't done a whole ton of research, but it sounds like a treatment that auto-seals tiny holes in the tire. Has anyone used slime? Does it work? Thanks -- Barbara

Did you have to kind of scamper alongside? That was my issue. I couldn't get it to go as slowly as I wanted.

Has anyone used their Interceptor to haul a bunch of gear, like a couple grocery bags full of stuff? I haven't gotten mine yet, but during my test ride it just seemed so back-heavy that I felt like if I put a bunch more weight on there, it would fall over backwards! Am I just being ridiculous...
