    Mini Deraileur

I just searched on Google and YouTube. Lots of good videos. Start with the easiest adjustments - that's all I needed. There are some that got way too complicated.

    Any RadMini people out there

Nice job on the fender fix. I have the fenders made for the RadMini. Other than having to fix one of the pre-drilled holes (it was off by maybe 1/8 of an inch) mine went on fine and have been solid.

    Mini Deraileur

I adjusted mine a couple weeks after I got the bike last Christmas and they have been flawless since then. I never touched anything on any of my prior bikes - just took them to the shop. I've learned a lot with this bike, from the initial assembly to installing the fenders and then adjustment...

Mini - Cable at rear axle

Looks like mine as well. Had to remove various parts to put on the fenders, and that's what I remember mine looking like.

Radmini 3rd party rear rack and fenders

When I looked for a rear bag that met my needs, it was difficult to find one that did fit the rear rack. The tubes of the rack were of a larger diameter than normal, and most bags did not fit. So replacing the rear rack would open up a lot more bags that could be used.

    Silly me and my RadMini

I think I know what you are getting at. I am not leaning forward like with a mountain bike. This bike for me at least has always been more of a cruiser type bike experience.

    Silly me and my RadMini

For sure. I did feel my knees when the seat was very low. But after tweaking the height, I think my knees are good. I haven't noticed them on subsequent rides.

    Silly me and my RadMini

Thanks for the suggestion. I will take a look. But I'm like Thom473, I do this for the fun and exercise. If I don't get 100% power from my pedaling, it probably means I'm getting more of a workout.

    Silly me and my RadMini

I am 5' 8" now. I was an inch taller back in the day. 60 years of gravity shrank me I guess.

    Silly me and my RadMini

Ok, so maybe I hadn't rode a bike for a year or so before I got my RadMini. And maybe I don't know the correct seat sizing / setting for this type of bike. In any event, until just now it was very difficult for me to get on and off the bike, and to stop and start the bike. Going back to when...

    new headlight

So, how far out is your release date on your light? I've found a few good rechargeable lights, but would really like a light to replace the factory light. May hold off if it's not a long ways off...

So, what would one search for if one wanted to purchase one of these $11 ebay lights?

    Side mirrors for RadMini

No cutting required. Just take out the end plugs, and the tip of the mirror just slides in. Tighten with a 5 mm hex key and it is mounted.

    Side mirrors for RadMini

Hello all. Just got 2 Hafny Bar End Bike Mirrors from Amazon. Only had them for a day, but so far they have been working great. They fit perfectly in the end of the handlebars. So much better than twisting back to take a quick peek. I put them on both sides, and I think they are both...

    Any RadMini people out there

I almost ordered one for my wife as well. Glad I didn't. I love my RM, but I must say for me there are some issues that make it less than easy to ride. Like starting/stopping. Getting on/off. We are both almost 60, and overweight. I don't think my wife would accept these bike issues, and...

Nice Side Mirror hacking for RadRover

Thanks. Guess it is time to measure before I buy. Thanks for the heads up.

Nice Side Mirror hacking for RadRover

Curious as to why it didn't fit. Would it just not go into the hole after the cap was removed (too wide)? I was about to order these mirrors myself. Thanks.

    RadRover firmware update?

I decided to wait on getting it. I am getting used to the bike with the firmware set based on MPH. I still think setting it based on watts makes more sense though.

    RadRover firmware update?

I have a RadMini, and asked Rad Power Bikes about upgrading it. They said they would upgrade the controller for $25. I had to ship it there, but they shipped it back.
