The spec sheet says that the larger battery can be purchased separately for 1900 euros. It should work with existing the 2015 ST2.

The bigger battery is also available as an option on the 2016 ST2. The spec sheet posted earlier in this thread said that you can substitute the 983WH battery on the ST2 for 410 euros.

It depends a lot on how you ride the bike too. I typically get 100 miles on power level 1 with a little level 2&3 mixed in when necessary. Slightly less than 1% per mile with the 814WH battery.
