Founders have parts reserved. except for 2 items 1. Kindernay - they ship every 2-3 weeks , and we have enough to cover most founders. 2. Supernova - finally came in last week. We are short by 6 but Another smaller shipment is on its way.

I have tested this on commuters / paved roads. The trick is to actually use a smaller inner tube with Tannus. If you use a full-size tube, that leads to an unintentional balance issue on the tire (some portions of the tire get flattened out, but others remain thicker with extra material)...

From scratch - 7-8 hours. For carbon, it is around 10 hours - dummy wheel for building, and final rim once we know we aren't going to scratch it. :) We have 3-4 stations - so can parallel them. We still ramping up, so throughput is lower - but getting there.
