    Ride Control Firmware

I have not tried another OS. I'm using IOS and don't have an android device and I'm pretty sure there isn't a mac or pc app outside of what a dealer might have.

    Ride Control Firmware

I'm not referring to auto mode specifically, but the 2019 is supposed to work with the app and used to work with the app and when it did it showed me that the highest setting was 360%. Now it wont even connect to my bike.

    Ride Control Firmware

Interesting that my 2019 E+ says its not supported via the app, but when I purchased it, it was. It also used to say up to 360% yet the new sell sheet for the 2019 E+ says 350% power max. This company is horrible and have essentially downgraded all the older bikes. Most the dealers have no clue...

Anyone looking to take the edge off the bumps, this is great and worth every penny. https://redshiftsports.com/shockstop-suspension-stem I opted for the 30˚one to give me a little more upright position.

Sorry I goofed upon my reply. My 2018 was a Explorer with 5 modes and from what I understand Giant switched to 5 modes mid-year on that bike. I'm not sure if its a different motor or different programing.

I did. It took forever. I noticed that it now has a gauge that goes from left to right indicating how much assist is being used. Don't recall seeing that before the update.

    Interchanging batteries

Not familiar with that model, but I have 2 U.S versions that have the same style battery. one is 400 and the other is 500. I interchange them. If they fit they should work. I assume the voltage is the same, but just the range you'll get will be better with the 400Wh.

    App for 2019 e-bikes

The App is called RideLink and not sure if its fully working yet. That cable is to power a phone or other 5v device.

    Quick-E+

Just put a small 25 miles on this weekend. A round trip with 18mph headwinds going there. The wind was my enemy on the first leg and a huge advocate on the return. In the highest assist against the wind, I couldn't maintain over 20 and basically 14-18 was my comfort zone in highest the gear. On...

    Quick-E+

Just got a U.S. 2019 Quick E+1 and noticed that they have gone to one ring up front. It's a 42T vs. the 36/48 on the 2018. I barely put 5 miles on it, but thinking it might need a larger ring up front to keep my cadence down a bit going into the high 20's mph.
