The suspension works very well for me but this is my first suspended bike.

Bafang Max - First 80 Miles

Took delivery of my new Biktrix Monte Capro 4 days ago. Apparently, the Monte Capro is the first production bike in North America to offer (and deliver) this drive. The Bafang Max is very smooth and the torque sensor is amazing in modulating power delivery. At level 1, there is no surging what...

    Biktrix full-suspension purpose-built ebike

Unofficial battery life report - spent the day on the excellent bike trails around our cabin. I spend most of the day riding at power setting 1 (of 5) and used the gearing extensively (more on that later). There were a number of hills which could not be climbed in first gear and the lowest power...

    Biktrix full-suspension purpose-built ebike

The Kendra tires are well suited to the pavement and hard pack dirt riding I have done so far. The tires wride on a smooth Center rib and the "traction nubs" don't touch the pavement. Therefore tire tires give good dry pavement traction with no tread vibration or howl.

    Biktrix full-suspension purpose-built ebike

The torque sensor in the Max drive is vastly superior to the hub drive version in my old bike. In the old bike you could "feel" the torque sensor responding to your efforts, (sometimes in an unexpected way - too much or too little). The Max torque unit is almost imperceptible (as it should be)...

    Biktrix full-suspension purpose-built ebike

Picked up the bike today! I live a hour and a half from Roshan so I have almost been camped on his doorstep for the last week waiting for delivery. My first impression is the bike looks fantastic but I limited my first "leg over" to a short circuit of Roshan's parking lot. When I got home I...

    Biktrix full-suspension purpose-built ebike

You will have to confirm with Roshan, but I believe the torque sensor is in the drive. I was riding the prototype, and like the other 49 people my bike will arrive in about 2 months. So no videos yet.

    Biktrix full-suspension purpose-built ebike

Rode and bought the suspension bike yesterday (I think I got the last one @$1599). I visited with Roshan and rode this bike and a number of his products and prototypes. I was looking for a comfort/touring/trail bike all rolled into one. I really like the look of his fat tire bikes, but I could...
