That’s awesome service skym00th. I’ve been impressed with my bike so far, so hopefully things only get better!

Ah, ok. I’ll keep my eyes open for them on there. On a similar theme, do you guys have quite a large opening on the top of the battery space at the front of your seat? It’s where all the cabling goes in. I’m thinking it may need siliconing to prevent water ingress in light rain..

Skym00th... I meant to ask, where did you get the mudguards from?

lol, I got 50 on mine and I thought I was doing well! I mostly keep mine 5 and zoom around like a man possessed, using the gears to control speed. Have you recharged at all? I go out for about an hour or so, then get it charging on return for 1 or 2 hours until green again. have you guys tried...

I think anyone would be hard pushed to demonstrate you’d been on public roads and I also think that if they are wanting to establish a brand they will be keen to resolve any issues their early adopters have

Not sure, it’s why I asked. In principle reducing the wheel size makes the bike think it’s going more slowly (wheel spinning faster to travel the same distance) but I’m not sure if the master speed is on the display or the controller. the app on my phone suggests that reducing wheel size has...

With mine it is very obvious if you set for low / high travel. The red switch may be decorative... the Chinese factor maybe? NewGen website says the std is adjustable, but not the same for the lite. both are fully sold out now btw... skym00th.. i didn’t say, but yes your comments about being...

Can you adjust the compression on your red switch? On the blue I can allowing for less or more travel for the front wheel

Putting my helmet on the seat also triggered the warning. It made me jump

You have to move the bike to trigger it. Putting the stand up makes the initial warning noise, but then if you keep moving it, it goes apeshit. I like it.

This is a serial number on the sticker under the shelf i also has the same compressed display / throttle issue. I assumed it was up to me to space them out as desired. this was an unexpected issue for me as I hadn’t ordered a throttle 😬 For the cables, I moved the light over slightly and left...

Hi Mr Axe.. you can get a sold secure gold u lock on Amazon for £20. I got one as well as the Forgeddabouttit kryptonite chain. Seems to be the defacto for these bikes. i also got an alarm (that I intend to fix below the shelf) from amazon. It’s motion activated after arming it from a key fob. £13.

One of the pair at the bottom of the right fork - it faces towards the back of the bike. All four (both sides) has been jolted loose in the ride, but only one fell out. Replaced quickly / easily. The picture is from the left fork, I replaced both outers to keep it symmetrical

Make sure you check that everything is tight. I lost a bolt on the inaugural journey - one of the Allen bolts on the front fork holding the brake on. I’m going to go find a replacement otherwise... it’sa great ride, got up to 38kph on a downhill and PAS works a treat.. effortless cycling!
