The Nero info on the shipping dates page says the last batch shipped included orders up to 10/19 whereas the Sport & Flow batches had orders up to 9/8.
I would put my money on the Nero shipped out in a different batch.
I did not, but my order was placed in October and I'm assuming will be part of the batch arriving late Nov/Dec. The only "dates" I've gotten from them so far were from their webpage: https://www.espinbikes.com/pages/preorder-updates
I had that same email you gave me, which I thought was weird so I decided to go check my Spam and there you go I had replies from their team in there...along with a good number of other legitimate emails...

I'm actually looking to do the opposite (I fell in love with the Sport's blue at first, but after mulling it over, the the Flow's more flexible overall for the family) - did you call or email them to do it?
Have you guys had any luck getting support through email? I sent a couple of emails with general questions before and never got an answer.
And now I'm hoping to switch my order from a Sport to a Flow and I'm hoping they answer my email this time.
