The Nero info on the shipping dates page says the last batch shipped included orders up to 10/19 whereas the Sport & Flow batches had orders up to 9/8. I would put my money on the Nero shipped out in a different batch.

I did not, but my order was placed in October and I'm assuming will be part of the batch arriving late Nov/Dec. The only "dates" I've gotten from them so far were from their webpage: https://www.espinbikes.com/pages/preorder-updates

I'm actually looking to do the opposite (I fell in love with the Sport's blue at first, but after mulling it over, the the Flow's more flexible overall for the family) - did you call or email them to do it?

Does the Sport use a generic battery/charger that I could easily find a replacement anywhere or can I only get them from Espin?
