Here are some pictures. I have logged a warranty support ticket with Juiced and I'm sure they will sort it. I'm based in New Zealand, so shipping batteries (especially the big ones) is a real pain. If Juiced have a battery connector set, I may be able to fix it myself.

I installed a Deckas 52T narrow/wide chainring @ 130mm bcd on My Crosscurrent S and it's changed my life. No chain drops so far after 600km. The best $40 NZD I've spent in ages.

My XLR adapter came in the box with the battery. Mine was the XLR 4 Pin 48v 21Ah battery though. I bought the 72v Cycle Satiator from Grin with the 3 pin to 4 pin XLR adapters + the 3 Pin XLR to 2.5mm barrel connector. Charging to 80% is meant to extend battery life considerably.

After a better measure, I’m pretty confident it’s 130mm. I’ll try the Deckas 52T narrow wide and see how it goes.
