Juiced Support - No more chat?

Chat function was gone when I started this thread. it was just re-enabled the other day.

Juiced Support - No more chat?

Bruce - you need to stop defending Juiced at every turn when you don't have any specific knowledge and details on other peoples experience dealing with Juiced Support. Just because YOU haven't had a problem doesn't mean your are right and everyone that reports something negative here is a...

    Resource thread: Battery Keys

Great Information! I lost my first key in the very first week. I had put it on my keychain but the Plastic must just broken off. I wanted to get a spare made for a while but have not gotten around.

    Tubelessness: A Resource Thread

I think Reid’s posts should be moved to another forum. He can’t possibly still call his bike a CCS. Other than the frame is there a anything that is still original? :)

Why did Tora stop using dealers to sell bikes?

You probably have seen this considering you live in New Zealand. According to this site the NZ importer for Juiced has gone out of business. https://electricbikesnz.com/2016/12/17/juiced-crosscurrent-the-bike-that-changed-it-all/

Two months and still no resolution

I am in the same boat - no response to emails, nobody that picks up when you call support or sales and no callback to the voice messages I left.

    Charging a CCS

The Wh number on the advanced screen is what has been „consumed“ since the last reset. It does not reflect the Wh capacity of the battery. So unless you do a reset , the Wh number will increase with every ride.

    Charging a CCS

Should have added that I have two batteries, the 12Ah Standard and a 19.2 (albeit defective). So I can use the same charger for both, using the juiced adapter for the larger one. I initially got the charger to charge the 19ah battery to 80%, but have started to use it on he 12Ah battery to...

    Charging a CCS

I actually used the solderless barrel adapter. Makes the job real fool proof.

    Charging a CCS

I am using the same Luna charger. I actually cut off the XT60 connector and attached the 5.5 mm barrel connector that Luna sells. So the stock and Luna charger have the same setup. If I want to charge the 19.2 battery I use the juiced adapter (barrel to XLR). The only thing I don’t like about...

    Removing rear wheel

i used the exact same offset wrench but didn’t have to grind anything. The tool worked perfectly fine as is for me.

Juiced Support - No more chat?

I probably should have not opened this thread in the first place. Part of me was hoping to elicit a response from Juiced and the other was to vent my frustration. I agree with a lot things you are saying Bruce, but the customer service issues I experienced have very little to do with...

Juiced Support - No more chat?

Looks like it is no longer possible to contact Juiced support on chat. I really hope this isn't a bad sign for things to come.... I am very disappointed (or maybe disgusted is a better word...) with the customer support that I have received so far. I don't meant to air any dirty laundry here...

    A CCS 300-mile Review

The rattling of the front fenders drove me crazy as well. I picked up a tip from a guy somewhere on YouTube that fixed the problem for me: rotate the fender stays inwards or outwards as much as possible. The “twist” makes them much “stiffer” lengthwise and you have noticeably less side-to-side...

    My Eco day

I didn't realize you had started this thread. I started a very similar thread yesterday (real world battery range) where some posters have responded with some numbers. My take-away was sort of the same as yours, i.e. that I am not able to match the real-world numbers from the Juiced Website.

    Real World Battery Range

One of the big surprises for me was how "low" my average speed truly was when measured with a GPS app. By just looking at the speedometer I would have guessed that I am easily in the 25mph range, because that's the speed I seemed to be most often. But once you take into consideration that you...

    Real World Battery Range

I am curious what everyone's real world battery range is? I think we all understand that range is hugely dependent on various factor, none more important than the actual speed you are riding with. Nevertheless, I saw some comments here and elsewhere where people reported very high numbers...

    Lineo Tail Light

FWIW - I swapped the initial batteries after just a couple of weeks thinking they were already empty. But ultimately realized, that the batteries were not making good contacts at all times. Even with the new batteries, sometimes the light wouldn't come on, sometimes it just flashed rapidly. I...
