I am in the same boat - no response to emails, nobody that picks up when you call support or sales and no callback to the voice messages I left.

The Wh number on the advanced screen is what has been „consumed“ since the last reset. It does not reflect the Wh capacity of the battery. So unless you do a reset , the Wh number will increase with every ride.

Looks like it is no longer possible to contact Juiced support on chat. I really hope this isn't a bad sign for things to come.... I am very disappointed (or maybe disgusted is a better word...) with the customer support that I have received so far. I don't meant to air any dirty laundry here...
