Second official ride on my new Como 3.0 (first was home from my LBS). It's been a long time since I have done any real bike riding. It is so much fun on this Como and I can't keep smiling while riding. Looking forward to many days of great bike rides. This is my first Step Through bike too...

The question is how fast will they disappear. There are no adapters coming as I understand it.

The only thing that concerns me with the 23 Leaf is the reliance on CHAdeMO plug. The rest of the makers have seemed to move to CCS. And I believe Electrify America has said they will discontinue providing both plugs on new charging stations. Also, with GM taking the big push with Pilot/JH...

It’s been a while since I had to insure and non EV car, but I don’t remember being shocked at the difference, so I believe it was minimal if any increase. Certainly make up any difference within a week or two of not buying gas.

At least around here, the power company offers a lower plan for EV drivers - you agree to only charge off hours and they give you a better rate. I forget, but I think our rate is around .09 cents (maybe .11?) per KWh

Bought my first all EV in 2013 - Nissan Leaf. It was our only vehicle between my wife and I. We drove that for 6 years and leased a 2019 Leaf. We are just about to trade up to a 2023 Leaf Plus. Probably be the last car we buy - I am going to drive this one until it won't go anymore. Been living...
