Hi. Not all stems have an adjustable angle. Not all stems have adjustable height. Not all handle bars move independently from the stem. The LaFree has adjustable height and angle with its quill stem. The next issue is the handlebar itself. You will want to swap the original one for one like this that angles back more because you will be sitting more upright. Dutch M Shape (25.4mm600mm)
